At Ritter Dental USA, we stand behind the quality and performance of our products. Your satisfaction is important to us. If an item does not meet your expectations, you may return it within 30 days under the following terms:

Restocking Fee

A 50% restocking fee will be applied and deducted from your purchase price.

Shipping Costs and Arrangements

Ritter Dental USA will coordinate the return shipment using our freight provider. Customers are responsible for prepaying all shipping costs and ensuring delivery confirmation.

For international returns, please contact our Customer Service team at 210-940-5227 for specific shipping instructions. To avoid delays, clearly mark the package with “U.S. Goods Returning.”

Customs, Taxes, and Duties

Please check with your local customs office regarding any taxes or duties that may apply to your return shipment. Ritter Dental USA is not responsible for such charges.

  • Our processing center cannot accept returns in person.
  • All claims and disputes relating to transactions with Ritter Dental USA are governed by the laws of the State of Texas.
  • Any disputes will be adjudicated in federal courts located in San Antonio, Texas.
